Just for a little break from the intensity of bigger projects, I decided to just do something lighthearted and crafty. After my kid’s Halloween party we had some leftover pom-poms so I thought it would be fun to sew them onto my jeans (because why wouldn’t you?).
I grabbed a big wad of my thread leftovers, scissors, and a needle. I found the last pair of jeans that hadn’t already been painted, cut, embroidered and otherwise messed with.
I also grabbed a white gel pen to mark little dots on the jeans where I wanted to place my pom-poms.
I repeated that process a couple more times to secure it.
After making sure the pom-pom was secure, I finished by bringing the needle back down one last time then securing the knot in the inside of the jeans.
Repeat with wild abandon. Then maybe add some stitches.
Finished for now. I added a little painting and some embroidered highlights plus beads.
Do it!!! Go ahead and decorate your clothes! It really is so fun. If you don’t want to DIY let me know! I LOVE making these, Email me , I would love to decorate your favorite pair of jeans!
Thanks for stopping by!
Warmly,
Pam
